Every Barbarian Anklet starts as a handcrafted, studded, murdered-out anklet by Baba Yaga. Each pair is then hand-painted by me. The result is gear that holds up to everything a working hawk throws at it and looks rad while doing it.
No two are exactly alike. Each pair of anklets is a limited edition, one-off piece.
Sizing — read before you buy
These anklets cannot be returned, specifically for incorrect sizing. Please size carefully using the chart below before ordering.
Numbers reflect the inside lining measurement in mm — the length of the anklet’s interior when closed, which is what wraps around your bird’s tarsus.
If you’ve ordered anklets from Baba Yaga before, you already know your size. If you are still unsure, reach out to Baba Yaga directly — he can recommend a size based on your bird.

These sizes cover the dirt hawker’s bread-and-butter birds. Order the size that matches your bird — not the size you wish it was.
The fine print
- Limited edition — once an anklet sells out, that’s it.
- No returns or exchanges, specifically for sizing – because these are limited I won’t have other pairs to exchange them with.
- Sizing is the buyer’s responsibility. When in doubt, ask Baba Yaga.
